Pico Metal Facility

Our 40,000 SQ FTfacility was designed and built with one thought in mind :  Efficient Metal fabrication.

Located in Sante Fe Springs, CA.,  this facility,  close to the 5 and 605 freeways,  allows us to  manufacture  a wide rannge of U.L. approved Nema enclosures,  and a vast array of fabricated metal items.

Dual Whitney Turret Punch Presses

In 1983 Pico made the purchase of two CNC 60" sheet width turret presses to increase quality. This was the first computerized machine in the factory. These  machines  have helped keep our customers costs down, shortened leadtimes and improved quality.   Higher quantity jobs that require many holes and cutouts are recomended for these machines  . 1/4" capacity

Trumf Laser Cutter

Pico's purchase of this 3030 Trumpf laser keeps Pico at the head of the pack in technology and efficiency.  This laser produces ready to form parts with 0.004" accuracy; its capacity is 1" thick x 60" x 120. Holes, cutouts, knockouts and complex contours are a snap with this machine.   Repeat parts are aided by it's DNC / LAN connections.
